Aeon Dynamics aligns to ISO 27001, DISP guidelines, the Australian Privacy Principles (APP), and relevant GDPR-like policies for international engagements. All data handling procedures are traceable, auditable, and regularly tested.
3. Customer Data
If you interact with us via our platform, we may collect basic contact and interaction metadata to ensure secure and efficient communications. We do not sell, trade, or monetise your data. Ever.
4. Third Parties
Any third-party providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) used in service delivery must comply with our minimum security posture. We maintain full control over all identity and access management policies.
5. Operational Security (OpSec)
Access to sensitive information is strictly role-based, time-bound, and logged. All internal staff undergo cyber-readiness and Essential Eight maturity training as a condition of operational access.
