Engagement is typically appropriate where operational data is material to governance, procurement, funding, or regulatory requirements, and where demonstrable control uplift is required within defined timeframes.
Common triggers include high-volume telemetry without structured retention, increasing assurance requirements from customers or programmes, or the need to establish a demonstrable baseline within a defined operational boundary.
Initial process
Following submission, we conduct a brief triage to confirm suitability and urgency. If aligned, a structured discussion is scheduled to map one workflow or data domain end-to-end, including capture, ingestion, retention, and governance posture.
Where appropriate, a scoped 30-day baseline deployment is defined with clear deliverables and ownership boundaries.
